About Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun Sales Office
Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun is a sales office interior covering an area of 1808 square meters. Light and shadow are used as a medium to create a calm dialogue between the space and nature. Visitors enter through a passage that recalls a path leading to mountains and forests, reach the sand table area, and see the image of a tree with birds above. A negotiation area offers seating, while children can use a tree hollow space and geometric stairs leading to a mezzanine overlooking the interior. Materials include stainless steel, wood, wall covering and gray and white stone.
This striking interior represents a distinguished achievement in contemporary commercial architecture that transcends the conventional boundaries of sales office design to create an immersive cultural destination. The space appears to draw upon the rich tradition of the grand civic library while reimagining this archetype for twenty-first-century experiential retail environments. The designers demonstrate exceptional command of vertical spatial drama, employing the double-height volume to establish a sense of civic importance and aspirational living that aligns with the development's positioning. The suspended sculptural installation, comprising interconnected crystalline spheres and undulating ribbon forms, suggests the poetic imagery of clouds, flowing water, or perhaps ascending birds—motifs that resonate with traditional aesthetic philosophies emphasizing harmony between the constructed environment and natural phenomena. The extensive library walls function both as functional display and symbolic gesture, positioning knowledge, culture, and intellectual refinement as central values within the residential community being represented. The material palette demonstrates sophisticated restraint, with warm timber tones providing psychological warmth and domestic resonance while cooler gray and white elements maintain contemporary crispness. The carefully orchestrated seating arrangements create intimate social zones within the monumental volume, suggesting that grandeur need not preclude comfort or human connection. The stepped reading platform introduces accessible verticality, inviting physical engagement with the book collection while creating visual interest through level changes. - Operation Flow
- Enter the sales office through a passage, like a path leading to the mountains and forests, walk to the sand board area, turn around and see the image of a tree vaguely, and the birds flying freely on top. Come to the negotiation area to sit down and experience the knowledge forest. The children go to the valley tree hole space, walk along the geometric stairs to the mezzanine, and look down at the entire space.
