Uiga Fa'apitoa: What sets this design apart is the charm derived from the use of English and numerical digit fonts. The arrangement of these two fonts imparts an unforeseen sense of comfort. Both fonts have a square shape, but one of them features rounded corners. It's these square and subtly rounded elements that provide users with a touch of softness amidst the overall sturdiness.
Fua & Fa'apipi'i: The dimension of this design is aligned with the Apple Watch Series 7 and above, which is 396 by 484 pixels in 45mm size, and 352 by 430 pixels in 41mm size.
Fa'ailoga: green, red, blue, orange, elegant, casual, minimal
Tekonolosi Gaosiga: The design is produced on Facer.io. It has a design tool to let designers fulfill their ideas. Once the design is finished, just publish it directly from there, and the user can sync the design from Facer.io.
Lu'itau o le Mamanu: No challenge. Everything was running smoothly.
Su'esu'ega: Not much research. It is influenced by the previous design of English and Numbers on the Android watch.
Fa'aosofia: Five years ago, the English & Numbers watchface design harnessed the elegance of English letters and numerical digits, casting a radiant glow on Android watches. Now, I aim to revive that brilliance on the Apple Watch. The fusion of English letters and digits has the potential to reveal its unexpected beauty, particularly when employing specific fonts in a well-organized manner.
