Book Text: Fintech Office es un interior de co-working de 980 mètres carrats concebut per una marca de tecnologia financièra a Pequin. Un escalièr en espirala foguèt generat amb un logicial de concepcion paramétrica, per çò que lo motiu de sa surfàcia reflectís l'estetica de l'èra digitala. Una installacion de beton fondut forma una cascada e una pèça d'aiga amb anedons de coire, portant un element aqüatic dins un endrech en una vila amb longs ivèrns frejs. De materials simples creèn una atmosfèra de trabalh relaxada. De foncions e activitats variadas espandisson l'espaci de burèu dins la vida urbana environanta.

- FinTech (financial tech) is an industry that uses technology to make financial services more efficient. Parametric design software, a reflection of new tech, have been employed in a spiral staircase. In addition, a relaxed working atmosphere has been created using simple materials, and various functions and activities encourage employees to remain in the Fintech Co-working. A "micro-urban life group" has been formed, and extends the physical and psychological office space available to employees to allow them to actively embrace urban life.

- FinTech's goal is to eliminate those financial companies who lack new technology. Firstly, how can the beauty of new technology design be shown to distinguish the space from traditional companies' work space? Secondly, employees in this industry, generally, work extremely long hours. How can employees be made to feel at ease and comfortable? Thirdly, the net height of the -1 floor is not enough.

- This is an office especially designed for a co-working brand which belonged to FinTech. FinTech (financial tech) is an industry that uses technology to make financial services more efficient. The new aesthetic of the digital era and people loved “water features” have been achieved. Thus a unique environment for FinTech employees has been created. Parametric design technologies, cast concrete and GRG have been employed.
- Inspiracion
- A spiral staircase has been designed using parametric software rather than being drawn by hand, therefore, the generated pattern of the staircase surface looks unique and it highlights the new aesthetic of the digital era; The installation, produced using cast concrete, is a "waterfall" and a "pool". There are even copper ducklings "swimming" on the "water". People love water features but due to the long cold winters, outdoor-waterscapes are not suitable in Beijing.

- The project started in Feb 2019 in Beijing and finished in Feb 2020 in Beijing.
- Flux Operacional
- The nature of the open office does not only belong to the inside space of the Fintech Co-working, it also extends to a 6000spm "micro-urban life group" of financial tech companies on the site. This includes the Dragon Restaurant and the atrium which is open to the public and is also considered as a living room of the city. The atrium also extends the physical and psychological office space available to employees to allow them to actively embrace urban life.
