Tentang Clarity in Slow Motion Desain Interior Hunian
Clarity in Slow Motion adalah desain interior hunian seluas sekitar 304 meter persegi di Miaoli, Taiwan. Rumah ini mengusung pendekatan Skandinavia yang minimalis, dengan warna-warna lembut dan serat kayu yang tampak jelas. Tirai kayu berkisi mengatur cahaya serta aliran udara sekaligus membentuk lapisan-lapisan ruang. Area publik menggunakan lantai kayu dengan pola kisi yang juga mampu meredam suara. Tangga kayu solid dari kayu jati Amerika Selatan menghubungkan kedua lantai dan dibangun tanpa penyangga logam, melainkan diperkuat dengan pasak kayu dan paku. Saluran ventilasi serta komponen yang dapat "bernapas" membantu mengurangi kelembapan.

Not only do they elegantly adjust the angle of light and ventilation, but they also allow natural light to pour into the room, illuminating the space and enhancing its overall ambiance. Consequently, this thoughtful design choice delineates spatial layers while promoting air circulation and markedly improving the quality of ventilation throughout the retreat.

- The public areas showcase a beautifully crafted grid pattern of wooden flooring, which not only excels in sound absorption but also visually enhances the space, fostering an open and tranquil atmosphere. Connecting the upper and lower floors is a stunning solid wood staircase made from premium South American teak. Remarkably, this staircase is designed without any metal supports; its structure has been meticulously calculated by skilled technicians and secured with dowels and nails to ensure stability and elegance.

- Throughout the structure, wooden elements are thoughtfully integrated into both indoor and outdoor environments, creating a seamless connection that allows the building to resonate and breathe in harmony with the breathtaking surrounding mountains, the warmth of sunlight, and the gentle flow of air. In addition to this, the design incorporates ventilation ducts and breathable structural components, strategically placed to prevent moisture accumulation and stuffiness.
