Barne diseinu minimalista modernoak sinpletasunean eta funtzionaltasunean jartzen du arreta, beharrezkoak ez diren elementuak eta nahaskeria kenduz. Funtzionaltasunari emandako garrantziak barne diseinu minimalista modernoan bermatzen du altzari pieza eta elementu bakoitzak helburu bat betetzen duela. Ikuspegi honek espazioaren eraginkortasuna eta praktikotasuna hobetzen ditu, ordenaren eta lasaitasunaren sentimendua sortzen lagunduz.
