About Super Leg Package
Super Leg is a snack package created for a Chinese food brand. The package shows the brand mascot, a squirrel named Xiaojian, lying on a large chicken drumstick and enjoying the food while his clothes are caught by a shelf. The illustration is inspired by a cartoon scene in which a mouse steals cheese and is caught by a cat. The part of the drumstick that appears torn by teeth forms a window, so the meat inside can be seen. The design joins the mascot with the product and helps the package stand out among similar items on the shelf.

- Three Squirrels is a Chinese snack brand, and each of their product packaging has its iconic squirrel image. When designing the packaging of a series of products such as Super Leg, how to combine the brand's mascot （squirrel） with the product, and at the same time stand out from the many similar products on the shelf, is our first consideration in this design.
- Inspiration
- The design is inspired by the plot in the cartoon "Cat and Mouse" where the mouse steals cheese and is caught by the cat. In this package, the squirrel Xiaojian lay on the huge chicken drumsticks, ecstatically enjoying the food, but unexpectedly the clothes were caught by the shelves. The part of the chicken leg that is torn apart by the teeth is the window of the package, through which you can see the delicious meat inside.
