Ukuluka Ukukhanya kuwuklamo lwangaphakathi lwesikhungo sokuthengisa esiseHsinchu City, eTaiwan, olwaqedwa ngo-Okthoba 2019. Uklamo luhlanganisa izici zemvelo yendawo nesitayela esicwengekile kodwa esilula. Izinto zemvelo zakha isisekelo sendawo, futhi kutshalwa izihlahla ngaphakathi ukuze kulethwe ubuluhlaza ngaphakathi.
