- The primary challenge encountered in this project centred on achieving a harmonious balance between lightweight design and effective warmth. This was accomplished through a scientific lightweightdown fillprocess, which strategically partitioned the interior of the down jacket and dynamically distributed varying amounts of goose down according to the specific thermal requirements of each section, reducing the overall weight of the jacket while maintaining ample warmth.
