About The Golden Age Recreation Space

The Golden Age is a private reception hall in Shanghai designed for social and recreational use. The interior covers 4500 square meters and is divided into three areas for different age groups: a hidden area, an art zone and a trendy room. Each area takes a classic Chinese poem as its theme. The hidden area uses winding aisles and furniture to form soft partitions. The art zone has electric doors that adjust the size of the space. Materials include marble, jade, granite, teak, copper and terrazzo. The design combines Eastern and Western ideas.

Creative Group's The Golden Age Recreation Space exemplifies the pinnacle of contemporary hospitality interior design, where architectural gesture, material refinement, and atmospheric orchestration converge to create immersive experiential environments. The sweeping marble staircase functions as both circulatory element and theatrical centerpiece, its luminous translucent stone treads achieving an almost supernatural quality through concealed illumination that renders each step seemingly suspended in space. The designer demonstrates sophisticated understanding of processional architecture, recognizing the stair as liminal zone mediating between experiential realms and investing this transitional space with commensurate drama and material investment. Chromatic strategy deploys a restrained yet sumptuous palette balancing cool mineral tones against warm metallic and organic accents, creating visual temperature gradients that enhance spatial depth perception while establishing unmistakable luxury coding. The integration of living botanical elements suspended overhead introduces biophilic principles increasingly valued in contemporary hospitality design, providing psychological grounding and sensory richness while softening architectural geometry. Material selection reveals careful consideration of both aesthetic and phenomenological properties, from the translucent marble's ability to capture and transmit light to the leather's warmth and tactility along the handrail journey. The water-themed sculptural element introduces dynamic energy and thematic coherence, suggesting aquatic or celebratory associations appropriate to entertainment contexts. Lighting design achieves theatrical sophistication through layered sources creating depth, hierarchy, and emotional atmosphere while maintaining functional wayfinding clarity. The composition invites contemplation of how spatial design shapes human experience, how material choices communicate value and intention, and how the journey between spaces can itself become memorable destination.

Operation Flow
The hidden area is positioned as a hidden luxury private area for the people over 45 years old. It is located at the innermost side of the building and is equipped with an independent elevator. The style is based on Li 's poem Rouged Lips as the theme. The poem describes that the girl, after swinging on the swing, saw the visitor and shyly hid to peek the guest. When the idea is transformed into space, it emphasizes on hiding and vagueness, ambiguity and introverted feelings. This area defines space with furniture, such as a variety of oriental tea sets on the shelves to create soft compartments. The aisle adopts a meandering line, making it impossible to see through at a glance, which is also a metaphor for the felling of floating wine cup pavilion of literati aesthetic mood. Citrine is dotted along the ground on the wall, and indirect lighting is used to interpret the "water and fire as the harmony of yin and yang in I Ching. The ceiling is engraved with "Along the River During the Festival in pure copper, and the wooden wall is painted with splashed ink landscape paintings, which further brews the oriental charm of ancient scrolls.

The art zone is located in the central area of luxurious business space for the 35-45 year-old people. The moving line is also equipped with independent elevators, and the horizontal plane is equipped with electric doors, which can adjust the size of the space pattern flexibly. The style is based on Su's poem, Written on the Wall at West Forest Temple. This poem describes the ups and downs of the mountains and uses Of mountain Lu we cannot make out the true face to remind the world to change its perspective, so as to gain different vision. When the poet is converted into space, it compares the stacking of materials with the design of arches, screens and so on with It's a range viewed in face and peaks viewed from the side, so as to encourage young entrepreneurs to broaden their vision of life.
