About Hito Galaxy Battleship Heavy-Load Platform AMR
Hito Galaxy Battleship is a heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot for industrial transport. The robot moves components along automated assembly lines and can replace traditional conveyor belt systems. The body is made of aluminium alloy and engineering plastic, with layered forms and lighting around the frame, moving away from the plain sheet metal boxes common in the field. A modular structure unifies component standards and supports a serial product family. The robot measures 2310 by 1615 by 375 millimetres and carries one to three tons.
Within the evolving landscape of industrial automation design, TOALL Design's Hito Galaxy Battleship Heavy-Load Platform AMR represents a compelling synthesis of functional engineering and considered aesthetic development that elevates the autonomous mobile robot from purely utilitarian equipment to an object worthy of design appreciation. The platform's formal vocabulary draws upon multiple design traditions, most notably the sleek futurism of aerospace engineering and the robust clarity of naval vessel architecture, resulting in a visual identity that communicates capability, reliability, and technological sophistication simultaneously. The designer's chromatic strategy employs a restrained palette of cool metallic silver-grays punctuated by precisely applied orange accents, a combination that serves both practical visibility requirements in industrial environments and creates visual interest through calculated warm-cool temperature contrast. Compositionally, the two-tier structure achieves elegant proportional relationships, with the upper loading platform appearing to float above the navigation chassis, suggesting technological advancement and mechanical capability. The integration of interface elements demonstrates thoughtful consideration of human factors, positioning controls at accessible angles while maintaining visual coherence through consistent styling language. Surface treatments vary purposefully across the design, from brushed metallic expanses to glossy control elements and matte protective zones, creating textural variety that rewards sustained examination. The concentric circular motif on the upper platform introduces geometric interest while potentially indicating functional zones for load placement or rotational capability. Viewers might contemplate how industrial objects increasingly participate in aesthetic discourse, and how thoughtful design transforms functional machinery into expressions of technological optimism and human ingenuity.

It subverts the industry impression of traditional sheet metal parts; The industrial design scheme adopts the structural innovation to realize the product serialization and modular design of engineering assembly. - Design Challenge
- The current AMR products in the market are limited by production processes and costs, and are mostly square sheet metal boxes. The manufacturing process is very traditional, where the sheet metal parts are directly bent, welded, and then painted, resulting in a monotonous and bulky appearance. TOALL DESIGN adopts a modular structure design strategy, combining multiple conventional processes and unifying component standards to balance the relationship between shape and cost.
