Common areas are placed on the upper level, while private family rooms remain on the lower level. Partition grilles divide the space without blocking light or views. Textile wallcoverings and leather surfaces cover the grilles, and the staircase handrail and balusters are made of saddle leather with handcrafted stitching. Oversized ceramic tiles with an epoxy finish form the flooring. A large folding glass door opens the common area to natural light.
