Dalian Huafa Villa Sotuv galereyasi, Namunaviy kvartira haqida

Dalian Huafa Villa - Xitoyning Dalyan shahrida joylashgan sotuv galereyasi va namunaviy kvartiradir. Loyiha tom bog'iga ega to'rt qavatli uyni qamrab oladi va umumiy maydoni 493 kvadrat metrni tashkil etadi. Yerto'lada o'yin-kulgi xonasi, sharob saqlanadigan xona va bar joylashgan. U-simon zinapoya va shaxsiy lift barcha qavatlarni bir-biriga bog'laydi. Ikkinchi qavatda bolalar xonasi, uchinchi qavatda esa ikkita terrasaga ega bosh yotoq xonasi joylashgan. Charm devor panellari, vertikal yoritilgan mramor, oltin rangdagi metall bezaklar va yog'och pol issiq muhitni yaratadi. Harakat yo'nalishi yaqin atrofdagi qirg'oqdan ilhomlangan holda daryo g'oyasiga asoslangan.

Dalian Huafa Villa Sotuv galereyasi, Namunaviy kvartira A' Design Award Temir Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu yaxshi loyihalangan ijodlardan kutiladigan kasbiy va sanoat talablariga javob beradigan yaxshi dizaynlarga beriladigan nufuzli e’tirofdir. Temir g‘oliblari o‘z yaratuvchilarining katta mahorati, yuksak ixtisosligi, mutaxassis tushunchasi va ijodiy salohiyatini namoyon etadi. Dalian Huafa Villa Sotuv galereyasi, Namunaviy kvartira yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Temir Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn soha eng yaxshi amaliyotlarini uyg‘unlashtiradi va bilim hamda iste’dod bilan bog‘langan layoqatli texnik xususiyatlarga ega. Dalian Huafa Villa Sotuv galereyasi, Namunaviy kvartira puxtaligi uchun hurmatga sazovor bo‘lib, dunyoni yaxshiroq joyga aylantirishga yordam beradigan hayot sifatini yaxshilashni taqdim etish uchun loyihalangan.

Noyob xususiyatlar: The site is located in Dalian which is a high-end exclusive area for living, surround by the public beach, famous university and 5-star luxury hotel. The site context has a potential to further develop in the future. Created a low-density residential environment for this area in order to improve the local high-density environment, and the area of the apartment is suitable for family use that is a one of Huafa future project positioning.
O'lchamlar va qadoqlash: This is a four-story with roof garden house type and total GFA is 493sqm, a basement designed as an entertainment room, wine cellar and bar area. In the meantime, used U shape staircase with private elevator to pass through all stories. 2/F is kids room with a terrace, private bathroom and walk-in closet. For 3/F is a master bed room including 2 terraces for left and right side, bathroom and walk-in closet as well. The private elevator can go to roof garden for grill and relaxation area.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: Mainly use vertical panel with a leather finishes and gold mirror finishes applied for metal trimming. One of the feature walls used a marble with vertical lighting. Wall finishes to use leather and wallpaper, most of the furniture used light beige color and wooden flooring to create a warm atmosphere. And the delicate ceiling use a unique mirror with a light paint to provide an elegant with minimalism for the environment.
Dizayn muammosi: Concentrating on the advantages of the fifth generation of sea dwellings, starting from the scarcity of plots, using the most luxury products, gardens, fit-out, and property standards, aiming to be extraordinary as high value. all the houses are hidden in the low-density gardens that are rarely seen in the area, creating a more luxurious high-end residential area in Dalian; all of the units are decorated with high-quality furniture.
Tadqiqot: After the site analysis, the design adopts the urban design theory to create a luxurious with low density and comfortable living space. To best respect the natural elements and utilize the surrounding environment, the project is divided into 4 different types by villas. An extensive landscape sea view is designed as the center to connect all different elements in the concept.
Ilhom: The concept in come from the site context and environment, as the site is along the coast line, many natural elements can be applied into the sales gallery and show flat. The key element is come from the sea and divided it to river with a direction to create a circulation, guide a customer to enjoy the new development for this site. Meanwhile, the river has a stone and apply it as vertical element to design a different zoning.
Loyiha muddati: The project design started from April 2020. Schematic design was completed on June 2020 and the project construction was completed on September 2020. The project location is in Dalian Bay district and the design is done in Guangzhou.
Ish jarayoni: The site is located along the coast line, this natural context gives a high-quality environment to the project. The connection between the interior, architecture and nature are created a new living zone to this city.
