The brand identity is built upon the surface texture the plastic boards - so as long as new boards are made, the brand asset library will keep expanding and create a “generative” and cohesive library of design materials to work with.

Phephetso ya Moralo: The creative challenge for ReForm Plastic's brand identity redesign comes from the fast-growing development of the brand. ReForm Plastic opened their first pilot facility in early 2020 and has been expanding rapidly without a cohesive brand identity - this poses the challenge of redesigning without compromising the brand's image in the public eyes.
Kgothaletso: The design inspiration comes from the goal to create an authentic brand identity that resonates with core values of the brand as well as represents the brand products, combined with a thorough observation of the surfaces of ReForm Plastic boards. Once we know what the design should communicate, how it should be communicated, the design process became much more straight-forward.
