The negotiation area is separated from the lobby by an arched European-style partition. A black iron rack, red chairs and a black couch enclose a golden tea table, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for communication; the sweet magnolias, the antique clock and the fountain sculpture are all elaborate details to highlight British romance.

Fa'aosofia: Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. In addidtion, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.
