O dizajnu Shuang Gou Sheng Fang Primarna funkcija: Embalaža za alkoholno pijačo

Besedilo knjige: Shuang Gou Sheng Fang je embalažna zasnova za kitajski žgani napitek. Embalaža vsebuje dve ločeni steklenici. Manjša zgornja steklenica vsebuje žganje z 68-odstotno vsebnostjo alkohola, spodnja večja steklenica pa vsebuje žganje srednje jakosti. Vsako steklenico je mogoče uživati samostojno, lahko pa se obe pijači tudi prosto mešata in tako ustvarita različne okuse. Dva pokrovčka, izdelana iz ABS in PE ter prevlečena z roza zlato barvo, sta povezana z zaklepnim mehanizmom, ki preprečuje puščanje in olajša odpiranje. Škatla in steklenici sta okrašeni z obrisi dragih kamnov, navdihnjenimi po strehah zgodovinskih destilarn.

Edinstvene lastnosti: Shuanggou Shengfang is a strategic leading brand created by Jiang Shuanggou Dostillery CO.,LTD. which is a pioneer in the free blending of bottled liquor in China from "consumer interactive experience". The product can be divided into two separate sections, with the upper is a small bottle containing 68% ABV Virgin liquor and the bottom large bottle containing average ABV liquor. The two types of liquor can be enjoyed on their own or blended freely to give a variety of tastes, with stronger aroma and more flavorful taste.

①Upper and lower covers + lock: The pioneer structure of ""double-covered chain", the covers are made of ABS and PE material, electroplating rose gold, the covers can be connected and fixed by locking.
②Bottle: small bottle baked with rose gold floral paper, large bottle baked with lithography discoloration paper to enhance anti-counterfeiting, the bottoms of the bottle are sprayed with amber gradient.
③Box: photolithography positioning paper, and adopts scratch-resistant matt film, die-cutting, delicate lamination and other techniques.
Oblikovalski izziv: The product existed pain points of "liquor leakage", "internal plug difficult to open".
Update plan: The new structure is improved from 3 aspects, the inner plug, lock and bottle: ① replace the inner plug with upper and lower anti-counterfeiting cover to solve the problem of liquor leakage and difficult opening at the source; ② widening lock buckle occlusion area is used to strengthen the bite force; ③ lower the height of the bottle head to reduce the center of gravity of the bottle and enhance stability.

Inspiracija: During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, distilleries were arranged densely and neatly in Shuanggou Town. When you looked at those massive roofs with a bird's eye view, they were like rhombus gems inlaid on the ground. Shuanggou liquor was also used used as a royal tribute to officials at that time. This is where the idea for the packaging came from, and the design incorporates elements of the gems and the sages' feathered fans to recreate the glory of the past.
