Heart in Bloom je prsteň vyrobený z 18-karátového zlata, osadený zafírom broskyňového odtieňa v tvare srdca s hmotnosťou 1,1 karátu. Otvorená a asymetrická konštrukcia umožňuje prispôsobenie rôznym veľkostiam prstov a zostáva stabilná vďaka vyváženému rozloženiu hmotnosti. Zafír nie je poňatý ako pevný stredobod, ale vynára sa medzi rozvetvenými formami, ktoré kameň čiastočne obklopujú.
