O dizajne Free Lock Primárna funkcia: Cestovná batožina

Text knihy: Free Lock je kufor navrhnutý pre cestovateľov, ktorí musia nechať batožinu bez dozoru na krátky čas. Rukoväť Free Lock zároveň slúži ako zámok. Rukoväť sa uvoľní pomocou kódovaného zámku, otočí o 90 stupňov a upevní na pevný predmet, ako je sedadlo alebo zábradlie. Cestovatelia si tak môžu odpočinúť alebo navštíviť toaletu bez toho, aby museli kufor nosiť so sebou. Telo kufra je vyrobené najmä z plastov ABS a PC, ktoré sú tvrdé a odolné voči nárazom. Všetky štyri rohy sú kryté hliníkom pre zvýšenú ochranu. Rozmery kufra sú 48,5 × 38,5 × 84 centimetrov.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: This is a luggage that can be locked somewhere. The unique about this design is that its handle is a lock. When users want to take a break, they can open the handle to lock luggage in the nearly seat. This allows the user to sleep in peace. When users want to go to the toilet, they can lock the luggage to the railing. This allows the user to enter the toilet without carrying luggage. Free Lock can solve the problem of safety and convenience for travelers to place luggage.

Dizajnérska výzva: This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
Výskum: According to the survey, most airports and stations have toilets the size of which cannot accommodate a large luggage. Carrying a luggage into the toilet is inconvenient. According to statistics, most people choose to enter the airport lounge half an hour to an hour in advance, during this period of time people should be careful about the problem of lost luggage.
Inšpirácia: The experience in lounge inspired me to come up with the project. My job requires travel. When I wait for train or plane, I must watch my luggage even I want to rest. In addition, I have to take my luggage into the toilet. This made my trip difficult. I was inspired by the lock and wanted to design a luggage that could be safely locked in a fixed area.
Trvanie projektu: The project started in April 2019 in Anhui and finished in May 2019 in that place, and was exhibited in Shantou in June 2019.
Pracovný postup: First of all, find a fixed area such as a common area or a railing. Then the user opens the handle of Free Lock through the coded lock . Turn the handle of the luggage 90° and lock it. After that users can rest assured to go to the toilet or concentrate on rest.
