Ne 17 住宅 මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම පිළිබඳව
NE 17 යනු වර්ග මීටර් 190 ක් වන අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුමකි. මෙහි නිදන කාමර තුනක්, නාන කාමර තුනක්, විවෘත මුළුතැන්ගෙයක්, ආහාර ගැනීමේ ප්‍රදේශයක්, විසිත්ත කාමරයක්, අධ්‍යයන කාමරයක් සහ බැල්කනි දෙකක් ඇතුළත් වේ. සැලසුම මොඩියුලර් ස්වභාවයෙන් යුක්ත වන අතර, ඒ අනුව මෙම ඉඩකඩ එකම විනෝදාස්වාද ප්‍රදේශයක් ලෙස විවෘත කළ හැකි අතර, දෛනික අවශ්‍යතා සඳහා වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් ද භාවිත කළ හැකිය. උස් ප්‍රංශ ශෛලියේ ජනේල මගින් ස්වාභාවික ආලෝකය ඇතුළට ගෙන එන අතර, දවස පුරා වෙනස් වන ආලෝකයක් සහ සෙවණැලි ආකෘතියක් නිර්මාණය කරයි. භාවිත කර ඇති ද්‍රව්‍ය අතරට රිදී පැහැති තීන්ත, ටයිටේනියම් ආලේපනය, කළු යකඩ, කැඩපත් සහ ලීය ඇතුළත් වේ. අධ්‍යයන කාමරය වටා ලිස්සන ලෙනු පුවරු තිබෙන අතර, එහි පුද්ගලයන් හය දෙනෙකුට භාවිත කළ හැකි U හැඩැති බිල්ට්-ඉන් මේසයක් ද ඇතුළත් වේ.

Ne 17 住宅 මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම යනු A' Design Award ලෝකඩ සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; නිර්මාණශීලිත්වය, දක්ෂතාව සහ තීක්ෂ්ණ බුද්ධියෙන් කැපී පෙනෙන විශිෂ්ට නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අතිශය ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. ලෝකඩ ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ ප්‍රමාණවත් ලෙස දක්ෂ සහ කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ පුළුල් අත්දැකීම්, පරිකල්පනය සහ සම්පත්දායකත්වය තහවුරු කරයි. Ne 17 住宅 මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම ඉහළින් අගය කරන, ප්‍රශංසා කරන සහ ආදරය කරන දෙයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ, කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස වෘත්තීය සහ නවීන. Ne 17 住宅 මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම අවශ්‍යතා විශිෂ්ට ලෙස සපුරයි, ආශාවන් ස්පර්ශ කරයි, හැඟීම් වශීකරණය කරයි සහ කුතුහලය අවදි කරයි.

- Making every space modular, the apartment is designed to be able to open up as one entertainment area for gatherings or separately for daily functional needs.
Right beside the windows, sits an open concept dining area with a sleek design using black iron with mirror and painted wooden TV wall feature. To complete the look, an open concept kitchen with minibar is designed right beside. For daily use, the study area is cordon off by industrial feel sliding glass panels which is spacious to fit 6 person with a U shaped build-in table top. - මානයන් සහ ඇසුරුම්කරණය

- The back wall of the living room is painted with soft shades of silver hue (Spiver Srl from Italy) and paired with titanium plating as part of the aisle's ceiling, stretching all the way to the end of the corridor.

- During the renovation of the project, we encountered serious defects in the wood veneer materials. In most cases, it cannot be used on a large scale, and we have to divide it into several parts. After market research, we found that the problem was caused by global climate change.

- ආශ්වාදනය
- The concept behind this design is to make use of the full length 20 meters height French styled windows that offers great mountainous view. It brings in excellent natural light to the whole apartment and with our design of furnishing, create a collision of light and shadow at different time of the day and enhanced our visual impact.

- The project started in June 2018 in Taoyuan, Taiwan and finished in Febuary 2019.
