- ᱛᱮᱭᱟᱨ ᱛᱮᱠᱱᱚᱞᱚᱡᱤ
- The Ultralite G20 was developed around a 100% carbon fiber monocoque frame architecture, marketed as the Carboflexion™ structure, to achieve high stiffness with reduced overall weight. The realization process focused on structural integration, weight optimization, and compact folding geometry. Production considerations include precision carbon fiber layup, reinforced load-bearing joints, integrated battery housing, and compact drivetrain packaging to balance portability, durability, and daily-use reliability.
- ᱰᱤᱡᱟᱭᱱ ᱪᱮᱞᱮᱧ
- The main challenge was reducing overall weight without compromising structural integrity, foldability, or daily-use durability. Creatively, the project required balancing premium material expression with practical mobility needs. Technically, the use of a full carbon fiber frame introduced constraints in load distribution, joint reinforcement, manufacturability, and cost control. The work also had to respond to real user expectations for portability, reliability, and safe long-term performance.

- Type of Research: applied product and user-centered mobility research. Research Objectives: reduce weight, improve portability, and maintain structural reliability. Methodology: iterative industrial design and engineering validation. Data Collection and Research Tools Used: user feedback, dimensional studies, material analysis, and prototype evaluation. Participants or Experiments: internal product teams and real-use handling tests. Results: a lighter carbon fiber mobility platform. Insights and Impacts: weight reduction improves usability and transport. Effect of the Research in Real-Life Phenomena such as Business, Society and Design Itself: supports accessibility, product adoption, and practical innovation in mobility design.
- ᱯᱨᱮᱨᱚᱱᱟ
- This project was inspired by the growing need for mobility solutions that support long-term daily use in aging populations and individuals with limited mobility. Research into user behavior revealed that discomfort, fatigue, and complex operation are common barriers to independence. The design is informed by ergonomic studies, material optimization, and structural engineering principles, aiming to balance comfort, safety, and ease of use while reducing physical strain and cognitive load.

- Project Started November 2023 in Houston USA and finished in December 2025 in Shenzhen China
- ᱠᱟᱹᱢᱤ ᱦᱚᱨ
- The power wheelchair is designed for simple, intuitive operation, allowing users to unfold, sit, and move with minimal effort. Controls are positioned for easy reach and clear understanding, enabling smooth acceleration, turning, and stopping. The folding structure transforms the chair into a compact form for storage or transport. Every interaction is designed to reduce physical strain, improve confidence, and support comfortable, independent daily mobility.
