Abegukanye Buronze ni ibihangano bifite ubuhanga bwinshi kandi bihanga cyane, bishimangira uburambe, ubwenge n'ubushobozi bw'ababihanze. Abeam Shanghai Aho Ukorera biteganyijwe ko izaba ikintu cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifite ubunyamwuga n'udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye Buronze gikoresha uburyo bwiza mu buhanzi, ubumenyi, ubushushanyo n'ikoranabuhanga kandi kirarenze mu gutaha ku tuntu duto. Ikoranabuhanga ryo Guteza Imbere: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees.
Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.

In the office, teamwork is important, and creative work is important.
To form an office where teams can work creatively.
Considering the scene of working in a team and created areas with various functions.
As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery.
