Ungrey ni inzu bwite iri i Mumbai ifite imbere ingana na metero kare 200. Uburyo bw'ibara bwatoranyijwe ni bwo ngenderwaho nyamukuru mu igenamiterere, bukoreshwa mu buryo buhoraho ku nkuta no hasi. Ubuso bwahari bwasukuwe hanyuma bushyirwaho micro-cement mu mabara atandukanye, hanyuma bushyirwaho umwenda urinda. Ibishushanyo byose byaranzwe ku mwanya mbere yo gushyirwaho ibara kugira ngo bikurikize amashusho y'umushinga. Igikoresho cy'ibar n'ameza (credenza) byakozwe muri fabrika. Iyi mbere isimbura ubwoko busanzwe bw'inzu y'ibara ry'ivu, kandi igamije kugaragara nk'igishushanyo mu buryo umuntu ayibona. Uyu mushinga wamaze amezi umunani.

Abegukanye icyuma bagaragaza ubuhanga bukomeye, ubumenyi bwihariye, imyumvire y'inzobere n'ubushobozi bwo guhanga bw'ababikoze. Ungrey Igenamiterere ry'Imbere mu Nzu Bwite biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifatika kandi gifite udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye icyuma gihuza uburyo bwiza bukoreshwa mu nganda kandi gifite ibiranga bya tekiniki bifite ubushobozi, bifatanye n'ubumenyi n'impano. Ungrey Igenamiterere ry'Imbere mu Nzu Bwite yubahwa kubera gukora neza, kandi yashushanyijwe kugira ngo inoze ubuzima, ifashe gutuma isi iba nziza.

- The space was marked with all sorts of forms and colours and proper colour blocking was done to continue on walls and floor.

- The main challenge was to polish the existing floor to make it adhesive to microcement. achieving right colours was a major task. The bar unit and credenza unit was factory made.

- The microcement was studied and understood with various samples and colours.

- The client expressed that they wanted to not live any more in a standard GREY house which is the general trending design language and wanted to live in an artwork of a space.

- The project was completed in 8 months
- Uburyo bw'Imikorere
- The space was cleaned and marking was done for all proposed forms to ensure all design was executed as per drawings. The micro-cement layer was coated in various colours and later polished with a protective coating.
