Hill Paramount ni villa y'imikino ifite ubusitani, ifite amagorofa ane i Hong Kong, yateguwe kuba urugo rw'umuryango w'abantu bane. Imbere y'inzu ifite metero kare zigera ku 500 ihuza imisusire ya kera y'ubwiza n'ibintu bigezweho. Amabuye ya marble, velvet, ibikoresho bya feza, n'imisusire y'ibiti bikoreshwa hamwe n'amabara make kugira ngo hagaragare ubwiza budashira. Icyumba cyo kurira kigaragazwa n'imisusire yoroshye ya feza n'urukuta rwa marble. Icyumba cyo kwakirana abashyitsi gifite urumuri rw'izuba kandi gikoresha amabara asa kugira ngo hagaragare isano n'ubwumvikane. Ahantu ho hejuru y'inzu (rooftop terrace) hafite jacuzzi yo kuruhukirwaho.

Hill Paramount Umwubatsi w'imbere mu nzu z'abaturage ni uwegukanye Igihembo cya A' Design Award cy'icyuma, ishimwe ry'agaciro ritangwa ku bishushanyo byiza bihuza ibyo umwuga n'inganda bikeneye ku bihangano byashushanyijwe neza. Abegukanye icyuma bagaragaza ubuhanga bukomeye, ubumenyi bwihariye, imyumvire y'inzobere n'ubushobozi bwo guhanga bw'ababikoze. Hill Paramount Umwubatsi w'imbere mu nzu z'abaturage biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifatika kandi gifite udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye icyuma gihuza uburyo bwiza bukoreshwa mu nganda kandi gifite ibiranga bya tekiniki bifite ubushobozi, bifatanye n'ubumenyi n'impano. Hill Paramount Umwubatsi w'imbere mu nzu z'abaturage yubahwa kubera gukora neza, kandi yashushanyijwe kugira ngo inoze ubuzima, ifashe gutuma isi iba nziza.

Ibintu Bidasanzwe: This 4-storey garden villa located in Hong Kong is completed by ED Design, showcasing a classic elegant style with modern details and decoration, creating a luxurious yet stylish home for the family of four. The designer blends together traditional marble and velvet with metal details and wood textures, using a simple color palette always, for a timeless sense of elegance.

Ikoranabuhanga ryo Guteza Imbere: The spatial planning is rather straight forward for this project, for materials we have used marble, velvet textures, and metal elements.
Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: The biggest challenge of the project was the construction part, we have had problems sourcing some of the desired materials, and at last we had to modify the design to suit the actual situation.
Ubushakashatsi: Researching on luxurious style used in interior design, we do not want to conform to the traditional styles which a lot of details were used, as we would like to create a luxurious yet clean look. Therefore we have simplified a lot of the complex details, and successfully created a house with an elegance and modern vibe.
Ibyatumye Habaho: As client prefers an elegant design, the designer is inspired by the classic European style and has adapted the concept with a modern and stylish touch.
Igihe cy'Umushinga: This project is finished in December 2019 in Hong Kong
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: The design of this house has a luxurious vibe while the owners' experience living in it is as cozy. The ground floor is common area for family and guests, the 1st floor is the two daughters' paradise with their bedrooms and ensuite bathroom, as well as a small living area with a piano for their entertainment. The 2nd floor is completely occupied by the parents with the study, their own ensuite bedrooms and bathroom. The rooftop terrace is a great place for relaxation with the jacuzzi.
