Formosa Sapphire ni umwenda w'ijosi wa silike wasizweho ishusho y'Inyoni ya Swinhoe (Swinhoe's Pheasant), ubwoko bw'inyoni buboneka gusa muri Taiwan. Iyi shusho igizwe n'imirongo yakozwe n'ikaramu mu ntoki, imisatsi minini ifite uburyo bwiza n'amabara arabagirana. Iyi nyoni yize hifashishijwe amafoto n'ibitabo by'ubushakashatsi, hanyuma isanywa mu buryo burambuye. Iyo shusho yahinduwe iba dosiye ya vector kugira ngo hagumeho imirongo n'amabara y'umwimerere, hanyuma ishyirwa kuri silike binyuze mu buryo bwa dijitali bwo gusinya (digital printing). Formosa Sapphire Umwenda w'ijosi ni uwegukanye Igihembo cya A' Design Award cy'icyuma, ishimwe ry'agaciro ritangwa ku bishushanyo byiza bihuza ibyo umwuga n'inganda bikeneye ku bihangano byashushanyijwe neza. Abegukanye icyuma bagaragaza ubuhanga bukomeye, ubumenyi bwihariye, imyumvire y'inzobere n'ubushobozi bwo guhanga bw'ababikoze. Formosa Sapphire Umwenda w'ijosi biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifatika kandi gifite udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye icyuma gihuza uburyo bwiza bukoreshwa mu nganda kandi gifite ibiranga bya tekiniki bifite ubushobozi, bifatanye n'ubumenyi n'impano. Formosa Sapphire Umwenda w'ijosi yubahwa kubera gukora neza, kandi yashushanyijwe kugira ngo inoze ubuzima, ifashe gutuma isi iba nziza.

Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: At first, all the sketches and paints are on paper, in order to print, the designer has to convert the original artworks into a vector image file. During the conversion process, adjustment work was time-consuming and challenging because the designer wanted to keep the original strokes and bright colors.
Ubushakashatsi: Since Swinhoe's Pheasant is difficult to find, the designer observed the appearance of the animal through photographs and from the book Wild Bird of Taiwan, then drew the beautiful appearance of the animal delicately.
Ibyatumye Habaho: Swinhoe's Pheasant is a kind of endemic species in Taiwan. It is covered in feathers with blue color and its gestures are eye-catching and difficult to see. The designer was once lucky to see the Swinhoe's Pheasant in a mountain, and she was immediately impressed by the animal. She believes these birds should be introduced to the world. At the same time, people can also raise the awareness of endemic species birds conservation.
