Yi Tang 소개

Yi Tang is a UX and HCI designer specializing in enterprise systems and AI-assisted workflows. His work focuses on designing human-in-the-loop, policy-aware interfaces that support high-stakes decision-making in domains such as HR operations, investigations, and logistics.

At Amazon, he led the design of large-scale HR platforms that serve a global workforce, introducing AI-assisted routing, decision support, and workflow automation that reduced resolution time and manual effort at scale. His work emphasizes transparency, auditability, and consistency in AI-supported decisions.

Previously, he designed data-intensive tools for healthcare research and operational systems for industrial and logistics environments. His design approach integrates user research, system thinking, and measurable outcomes to improve both efficiency and decision quality.
