360° Clean 다각도 청소 빗자루 소개

360 Clean은 가정 청소를 위해 디자인된 다각도 빗자루이다. 일반적인 빗자루는 작업 각도가 제한적이기 때문에, 360 Clean은 헤드 둘레의 모든 방향으로 솔을 배열하였다. 솔의 강도는 길이에 따라 조절되어 더욱 폭넓은 청소 상황에 적합하다. 형태는 중국 전통 청소 도구에서 영감을 얻었다. 이 빗자루는 PET, ABS 및 알루미늄 합금으로 제작되었으며, 사출 성형과 압출 성형 공법이 사용되었다. 크기는 300 x 80 x 950밀리미터이며, 일반 빗자루와 동일한 방식으로 사용된다.

고유 특성: This is an easy-to-use multi angle broom. The commonly used broom has a limited use angle. 360°broom is improved by configuring bristles at multiple angles. The product is equipped with bristles at 360° and the hardness of the bristles is controlled according to the length of the bristles to meet the needs of more scenes.

디자인 과제: The most difficult thing in this design is to combine product form and function.
연구: First, we brainstorm our design goals. Then through the query of relevant information and user interviews to understand user needs. Then sketch and model, and make a simple functional prototype.
영감: In the past, Chinese people would collect chicken feathers to make cleaning tools. With the development of modern life, old tools are gradually unable to meet the new use scenarios and are eliminated. I got inspiration from traditional Chinese cleaning tools and designed a new broom.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in January 2020 in Hefei and finished in March 2020 in Anqing.
운영 흐름: The way of using this product is very simple. Users only need to use it like a common broom. Because it adds brushes in all directions, it is easier to clean many scenes.
