Residential Building ホスピタリティ・インテリアデザイン について
Residential Buildingは、ドイツ・ユーバーリンゲンの湖畔プロムナードに建つ17世紀の建物を対象としたインテリアデザインプロジェクトです。この建物は1957年以来レストランとして使用されてきました。改修では建築の歴史を尊重し、サステナブルな手法を採用しています。既存の構造躯体は修復され、歴史ある家具には新たな用途が与えられました。古い木製の梁や紋章はインテリアに取り込まれています。バーエリアのブルーの色調は湖の色を映し出し、拡張された窓からは水辺への広々とした眺望が開けます。

- The building at Seepromenade 11 in Ueberlingen, dating back to the 17th century, has housed a restaurant since 1957 and has been owned by the Oexle family since 1920. The renovation preserved its history while embracing sustainability, with upcycled structural elements and repurposed furniture. The lakeside location influenced the design, with colors and materials reflecting the water’s hues. Enlarged windows offer stunning views, strengthening the connection between the building and the lake.

- Old town area in Ueberlingen requires careful handling. Parts of the building belonged to the old city wall.

- The lakefront location was central to the design, with the lake flowing into the interior. This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
