Yu Garden プライベートヴィラのインテリアデザインについて

「Yu Garden（御園）」は、金鶏湖と独墅湖に近い蘇州の中央商務地区に位置するプライベートヴィラのインテリアデザインである。1500平方メートルの邸宅の内部構造を再計画し、各室をより整形で規則的なプランへと整えた。もとの隅に配された階段に代えて景観階段を設け、見せ場としての価値と実用性を同時に高めている。自動感知式のガラス屋根により採光と通風を改善し、さらにエレベーター、サンクンガーデン（下沈式中庭）、地下階のライトウェルを新設した。石材、ガラス、木材の仕上げが、静謐で心地よい空間の雰囲気を支えている。

インスピレーション: Adjacent to Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake, the project is located in the central business district of Suzhou, occupying the best part of the city. It is a French style single family world residence villa and a super luxury house in Suzhou.
The designers hope to spread natural comfort and advocate a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle away from urban noise.

オペレーションフロー: 1. On the first floor, remove the stairs of the original building, add an elevator car, change the daylighting well into a stair, expand the doors and windows, increase the indoor space, increase the sunken courtyard, and add a basement daylighting well.
