Yango Starry Bay 販売センターについて

陽光星空湾は、中国福建省徳化に位置する販売センターである。インテリアの面積は540平方メートル。デザインは地域の磁器窯の伝統を参照している。窯の形態を解体し、現代的な手法で再構成した。レンガのユニットが反復によってリズムを生み出し、アーチ形状が空間に際立った個性を与え、インテリアを地域の歴史と文化へと結びつけている。素材にはレンガ、ウォーターストーン、ブロンズヘアライン仕上げのステンレススチール、ラテックス塗料を用いた。来訪者はここで建築計画を確認し、営業担当者と面談し、住宅を購入することができる。

独自の特性: Designers use the “brick” element to give the space a sense of rhythm and use the “arch” element to shape the specific temperament, and therefore forming the connection with local history and culture.

デザインの課題: It is important for designers to have an overall understanding of the local culture before initiating the design. Designers spent a large amount of time to study the culture and characteristics in Dehua City.
リサーチ: The project makes research of the traditional porcelain kiln culture in Dehua city, the design trend of the oriental culture as well as business development after culture involved in the consumption economy nowadays.
インスピレーション: The project is located in Quanzhou City, which is known as the producing area of porcelain in China. Taking the location into consideration, designers take the porcelain kiln as the inspiration to build the space while deconstruct and reassemble the kilns which are with historical and cultural significance, integrating it into the interior area with modern design skills.
プロジェクト期間: The project is located in Dehua City, Fujian Province, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
オペレーションフロー: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
