FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
COMO, Italy, April 17, 2026 /DesignNewswire/ A' Design Award & Competition has confirmed the Bronze A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category for Intelligent Creativity Forum Visual Identity by Yuxin Feng, designed for Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, School of Art & Design. The result belongs to the 2025 - 2026 A' Design Award & Competition and was reached through blind peer review by an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members, who scored anonymized entries against predetermined criteria.
What the Bronze A' Design Award Means
The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
Regarding Intelligent Creativity Forum Visual Identity
Intelligent Creativity Forum is a visual identity created for a school of art and design. The identity is built from the letters D and I, which are deconstructed and recombined into a dynamic geometric form. The modules are staggered along a 45 degree axis, following architectural isometric logic. The layering creates a three dimensional interplay of solid and void. The asymmetrical structure refers to the fusion of digital intelligence and creative thinking. A modular grid keeps the system coherent, and the vector artwork is applied to passes, badges, silk scarves and notebooks.

About the A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award
The A' Graphic Design Award is an international graphic design competition recognizing good graphic designs by best creative agencies and designers worldwide. It is organized within the A' Design Award & Competition and is open to graphic designers, communication designers, graphic artists and illustrators from all countries. Typical entries include logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs and business cards. The awarded graphic designs are published at https://dezigners.org/design-category/graphics
About A' Design Award & Competition
Organized annually since 2008, A' Design Award & Competition is an international, juried design accolade. The competition is open to entries from all countries. The philanthropic mission of the A' Design Award is to advance society through good design, by recognizing and promoting superior products, projects and services that benefit society, and by creating a global awareness and appreciation for good design practices and principles. Nominations are peer reviewed and evaluated anonymously by an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members against predetermined criteria such as functionality, ergonomics, engineering, presentation, innovation, usability, sustainability and technology, with score normalization applied to remove biases. Awards are conferred at Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Iron levels. Eligible laureates receive the A' Design Prize, which includes the award trophy, the certificate of design excellence, the hardcover yearbook, a lifetime license to use the A' Design Award winner logo, exhibition of awarded works, an invitation to the gala night and award ceremony in Italy, inclusion in the World Design Rankings and Designer Rankings, and public relations and publicity services. Registration, uploading a work and receiving a preliminary score are free of charge, and Professional and Digital Edition laureates are not contractually obliged to pay further fees to claim the A' Design Prize. Design Details
- Unique Properties
- Centered on the initials "D" and "I", this design constructs a dynamic geometric form through deconstruction and recombination. The unique 45-degree staggered layering creates a 3D interplay of positive and negative space. Transcending standard letterforms, this asymmetrical structure serves as a powerful metaphor for the innovative fusion of digital intelligence and creative thinking.
- Inspiration
- Driven by the blurring lines between the digital and physical, we aimed to transcend static forms. The design draws from architectural isometry, using a 45-degree axis to represent innovation. Our goal was to visualize "New Quality Productive Forces" through a dynamic balance of solid and void, turning abstract code into a living structure.
- Research
- We conducted qualitative visual research to redefine "Digital Intelligence." Analyzing global tech trends, we found traditional typography lacked dynamism. Using morphological analysis and digital prototyping tools, we tested various modular structures. Results indicated that static forms failed to convey "fusion," whereas a 45-degree staggered system created unique 3D depth. The key insight is that controlled instability generates visual attention. This identity effectively differentiates the brand in the commercial market, communicating complex innovation through simple, memorable geometry.
- Challenge
- Internal Challenge: The primary obstacle was balancing abstract symbolism with legibility. We needed to visualize the weight of "New Quality Productive Forces" without using generic tech clichés, ensuring the deconstructed "D" and "I" remained recognizable. External Challenge: Technically, the 45-degree isometric geometry posed alignment issues. Achieving a seamless interplay of solid and void required complex optical corrections. We overcame this by developing a rigorous modular grid, ensuring the "dynamic instability" remained structurally coherent across all media scales.
- Realization and Technology
- Graphics are adapted in various scenarios, such as work passes, badges, silk scarves, notebooks, etc. The process involves foil gold, silk, UV printing, etc.
- Operation and Interaction
- Think of this logo as a dynamic structure rather than a static image. It operates by slicing the letters "D" and "I" into modules. The transformation occurs along a 45-degree axis, where parts slide and overlap like a precise puzzle. Keyframes capture the shift from flat shapes to a 3D illusion of depth. This interaction visualizes the "fusion" of data and creativity. It offers superior performance because its flexible, modular nature adapts perfectly to both digital screens and physical prints.
- Project Duration and Location
- The project starts in July 2024 and ends in August 2024 in Nanjing, China
- Specifications
- The visual system are designed in vector format to make it suitable for different sizes of digital and printed media.

- Digital、Intelligence、Creativity、Visual identity
