About Gambo Barattolo per caffè
Gambo è un barattolo ermetico progettato per la conservazione dei chicchi di caffè. Il contenitore presenta una struttura a doppio strato e un doppio sistema di tenuta, con chiusura a scatto e guarnizione in silicone, che limitano la trasmissione del calore e impediscono l'ingresso dell'ossigeno. Una valvola di sfiato unidirezionale rilascia l'anidride carbonica prodotta durante la tostatura. Un igrometro indica in tempo reale il livello di umidità di conservazione, così da poter spostare il barattolo quando necessario. Un disco datario sul coperchio e una lavagnetta metallica consentono di annotare le informazioni sulla conservazione. Il guscio esterno è in ABS, mentre il rivestimento interno è in acciaio inossidabile.

- The canister features a double sealed design with a buckle and silicone ring. - Drawing inspiration from the WRC rally car prototype, the design team has given the canister a sleek and minimalist appearance, featuring a classic black and white colour scheme that exudes a professional and steady visual effect. This makes the product can harmoniously blend into various of modern home decoration styles.
- Project Duration
- The project was designed on May 2, 2023, and was sold online on April 28, 2024.
- Operation Flow
- The product is equipped with a humidity monitoring meter to detect the storage environmental humidity in real time. It lets users promptly adjust the placement of the canister, ensuring the bean under the best storage conditions. Users can utilize the date recording disc on the top of the canister to note the date. With the metal bulletin board, users can document the information on the coffee beans stored, facilitating a visual assessment of the coffee bean freshness at a later stage.
