About Six Grams Posate
Six Grams è un set di posate realizzato in plastica rinforzata con fibra di carbonio. Ogni coltello, forchetta e cucchiaio pesa sei grammi, un peso decisamente inferiore a quello delle posate in metallo. La leggerezza permette al commensale di percepire il peso del cibo stesso anziché quello dell'utensile. La plastica rinforzata con fibra di carbonio è inoltre ipoallergenica, così anche chi soffre di allergie ai metalli può mangiare senza preoccupazioni. La forma sottile e nera conferisce al set un aspetto diverso da quello delle tradizionali posate metalliche. Six Grams è nato per porre il cibo al centro dell'esperienza a tavola.

- Our inspiration come from the weight of meals.
Existing cutlery is almost made by metals so we have the weight of metal itself and meals. But if we can feel the weight of meals when we eat, we may get any other idea or insight, inspiration from the meals.
Six grams made by Carbon FRP which is used in aerospace craft is very light weight so you can feel meal directly.
Also Metal has the luxury and stable but there is allergy. Our six grams is Hypoallergenic so it is friendy for body.
