Dream Builder eru höfuðstöðvar og verksmiðja kaldakeðjufyrirtækis í Chiayi-borg í Taívan. Hönnunin fylgir hugmyndum Bauhaus um virkni, einfalda rúmfræði og heiðarleg efni. Stórar ytri járngrindur eru staflað með hálf-einingaskiptri aðferð til að mynda litrík rúmmál innblásin af flutningsumbúðakössum. Steinn, byggingarsteypa, ómálaðar viðarplötur og slípuð steypugólf eru sameinuð í grunntón af gráum lit. Innveggir sýna síldarbeinamynstur í viðaræðum og lýsingunni er þannig fyrir komið að útlitið breytist yfir daginn.

- By applying a semi-modular construction method, huge external iron frames are stacked to form a surrealistic sense. The integration for the exterior also used several surface materials in the primary color of gray. The outdoor paints that responded to the representative color of the company show a dynamic aesthetic while linking the dissimilar materials and appearances. Furthermore, lighting arrangements for the two structures and the surrounding environment are carefully laid out to create various styles during different periods of the day.

- The corporate base is located in a narrow trapezoidal hinterland in the rezoning area. To avoid the terrain affecting the shape and orientation of the buildings while considering the surrounding scenery, the retreat of the road, and parking space for visitors and logistics vehicles, the designer spent a lot of effort on the overall construction. In the end, the location of factory is moved backward, and the headquarter is rotated with traffic flows and floor plans rearranged.

- Like a giant Rubik cube being placed at the edge of city, the corporate headquarters that built its business on the cold chain is created with vivid and surreal touches. The designer hoped to create a getaway filled with hopes and dreams that joins nature and humanity while showing the aesthetics of creativity. At the same time, the walls are constructed with herringbone wooden grains to deliver smooth while the installation art on the ceiling is arranged in a streamlined manner to imitate the flow of fish migrating.

With the passion for the hometown and land, the owner of this case returned to the Xinxing District in Chiayi City to create a unique cold chain enterprise headquarter. The designer has created a colorful, dreamy factory that leads the region towards better development by linking the design with various concepts, such as nature and ecology, cultural and creative management, urban visioning, and sustainable environmental protection.

- The experienced designer hoped to create a design that combines the cold chain industry functionality, value, and urban economic effects with aesthetics. A colorful appearance that symbolizes packaging boxes by modularization is built by drawing inspiration from the logistics and packaging procedures.
