Ịma Aka Imepụta: Plants are planted on each balcony to form an ecological island-hopping environment, and a large number of ground floor plants are mainly planted with native tree species and butterfly-trapping plants to form a natural ecology. The appearance design is integrated with the environment and landscape, and has the effect of shading and energy saving to contribute to a sustainable environment.
Nchọpụta: Naturally ventilated light wells can increase the daylighting of the parking lot, and can remove part of the exhaust gas from steam and locomotives, reducing the use of mechanical intake and exhaust equipment. The rainwater and domestic miscellaneous drainage recirculation system is adopted, and the water tanks are concentrated on the basement raft foundation after filtration treatment, which is used as landscape planting and irrigation to reduce water waste.
Mkpali: Designed with modern wave-like shapes, two 25-story twin-star residential buildings are designed. Each living space has sufficient ventilation, natural lighting and wide viewing horizons.
