- Àgwà Pụrụ Iche
- This project is mixed with commercial use, the clients will have friends and family come and visit frequently. Therefore, separating public and private areas and creating a smooth flow is the emphasis. To rearrange the flow of the space, the direction of the door is altered. Its not only hide the entrance of living area, but also gives the clients more private. Transparent sliding doors are set in front of the island in the open kitchen. It can block the cooking fume, without reducing the sense of permeability, and still being able to interact with the living room.
- Nha & Mkpuchi
- Since the space is altered from an office space, this case emphasizes various types of construction. The designer not only changes the utility line into hanging pipelines, he also adds a shaft for the bathroom, to create a fresh look for it. To rearrange the flow of the space, the direction of the door is altered; a working balcony is added, in order to make the separation of the public and private spaces more defined. Creating a friendly pet living space is also a main design.
- Mkpado
- Modern style, simplicity style natural sunlight, a pet-friendly environment commercial space and living space combined, the utilization of glass blocks, warm-toned hardwood veneer.
- Teknụzụ Mmepụta
- The overall design uses a simple modern style, with black, white and grey color tone and warm hardwood veneer, it brings a homey feeling into the neat space. The floor of the interior space uses fair-faced concerete to define the shoe cabinet area. With the iron grille, a secondary entrance on the inside is defined, and the neat lines bring out the modern feel of the space. The stainless steel alternates with the black tone creates a sense of rhythm.
- Ịma Aka Imepụta
- The original houses electric wires and water pipes were very old and disorganized. In addition, this project was mixed with commercial use; there were no bathroom, no balcony, or any room at all. Therefore, separating public and private areas and creating a smooth flow is the primary work to do.
- Nchọpụta
- This project is altered from an office space that is a terrace house situated in the corner, and has no partition; bathroom or balcony. The original house has many pipelines problems, and considering the clients will be having a lot of guests and friends come visit, the designer starts with the flow of the space, and separate the public and private spaces properly. To rearrange the flow of the space, the direction of the door is altered. Its not only hide the entrance of living area, but also gives the clients more private.
- Mkpali
- This project is a terrace house at the corner, though it has natural light from both sides, the separating wall shared with the neighbors is unable to have open windows. Inevitably it will be dark corners in the space, thus, bringing natural light into the whole house is the main focus of the design. Also, this project is mixed with commercial use; therefore, separating public and private areas and creating a smooth flow is the emphasis.
- Oge Ọrụ
- The project finished in November 2019 in Taichung, Taiwan.
- Usoro Ọrụ
- The improvements such as creating a balcony in the living room, designing a smooth flow and selecting applicable material, bringing the clients better living quality. Turns the third floor into a residential space, and separating public and private areas, for the clients, their cat and future join family member live in. To rearrange the flow of the space, the direction of the door is altered, in order to make the separation of the public and private spaces more defined.
