Cl7A adalah desain interior hunian untuk sebuah apartemen di ruko bertangga (walk-up shophouse) di Singapura. Rumah seluas 978 kaki persegi ini memiliki dua kamar tidur, dua kamar mandi, serta dapur berkonsep terbuka yang menyatu dengan area ruang keluarga dan ruang makan. Plafon berbentuk pelana dengan rangka kayu yang dibiarkan terekspos dipertahankan sebagai ciri khas unit ruko aslinya. Lantai beton yang dipoles, kayu berkesan hangat, dan granit menghadirkan kedalaman serta kontras. Garis-garis arsitektural yang tegas diseimbangkan oleh gorden lembut dan karya seni yang dikurasi dengan cermat. Unit yang telah menua ini dipulihkan sekaligus dilengkapi dengan kenyamanan modern.
