O dizajnu Humv Plastični spremnik za tekućine

Humv je spremnik za motorno ulje nove generacije dizajniran za izdržljivost, učinkovitost i održivost. Inspiriran vojnim vozilima, sadrži ojačana područja za hvatanje radi sigurnog rukovanja i geometrijsku ljusku za otpornost na udarce. Izrađen od 90 posto recikliranog polietilena visoke gustoće, smanjuje otpad uz održavanje čvrstoće. Analiza metodom konačnih elemenata omogućila je smanjenje težine za 20 posto, optimizirajući transport. Dizajn izdržava test pada s visine od 2,2 metra i podnosi opterećenje od 131,4 kilograma na temperaturi od 50 stupnjeva Celzija, osiguravajući pouzdanost u ekstremnim uvjetima.

The reinforced geometric shell enhances impact resistance, while the armored grip system improves handling in industrial conditions. The embossed branding eliminates adhesive labels, increasing recyclability and longevity. Available in one, five, and twenty liters, Humv is designed for precision pouring and high-volume applications in rugged environments.
Dimenzije i pakiranje: Made from 90 percent recycled HDPE, Humv weighs 240 grams, 20 percent lighter than alternatives. Capacities: 1 liter, 5 liters, 20 liters. The 5-liter variant measures 237.95 mm wide, 98.63 mm deep, and 291.61 mm high. Passed a 2.2-meter drop test, exceeding industry standards. Withstands 131.4 kilograms at 50 degrees Celsius.

Dizajnerski izazov: Balancing military-grade strength with eco-conscious engineering was the core challenge. Reducing weight by 20 percent while preserving impact resistance required extensive finite element analysis simulations. Optimizing ergonomic handling while maintaining structural rigidity posed further design refinements. Replacing adhesive labels with embossed branding demanded precision molding adjustments, resulting in improved recyclability and streamlined production.
Istraživanje: Humv was developed with a focus on sustainability, ergonomics, and resilience. Material analysis ensured the use of recycled HDPE. Finite element analysis optimized impact resistance. Ergonomic testing refined the grip, improving user comfort. Label elimination reduced waste by 20 percent, while grip performance increased by 30 percent and impact resistance by 15 percent. The result is a packaging solution that sets a new industry standard.
Inspiracija: The Humv engine oil container is inspired by the reinforced exteriors and tactical design of the Humvee, a vehicle known for military-grade durability and extreme performance. Engineered to withstand harsh environments, Humv translates off-road adaptability and structural resilience into a highly functional oil container. Its bold, angular form, ergonomic grip, and reinforced shell reflect power, control, and industrial efficiency.
Trajanje projekta: The Humv project began in March 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey, and was completed in February 2024. The development process involved structural engineering research, multiple prototypes, and field testing.
