متن کتاب: بازار باربیکیو یی‌سی یک فضای داخلی رستوران با مساحتی معادل ۲۸۰ متر مربع است. این طراحی با تکیه بر هویتی برند محور که بر پایه شخصیتی از یک دایناسور فضایی کوچک شکل گرفته، از رستوران‌های سنتی باربیکیو فاصله می‌گیرد. در ورودی، پیکره‌ای با ماسک اکسیژن به استقبال عابران می‌رود و بیانی ساده و روشن به نمای ساختمان می‌بخشد. فولاد ضدزنگ آینه‌ای، سقفی پیوسته و فضایی نمایشی برای صرف غذا ایجاد می‌کند. لوله تخلیه دود در بخش باربیکیو به شکل یک بشقاب پرنده طراحی شده است. فضاهای نشیمن نیز به‌جای تفکیک با دیوار، از طریق تغییر در رنگ، دکوراسیون و شکل مبلمان از یکدیگر جدا می‌شوند.
