متن کتاب: «سایث برنچ ساین» طراحی داخلی یک رستوران زنجیره‌ای به سبک هنگ‌کنگی در شهر چانگژو است. این پروژه در مجموع مساحتی معادل ۵۰۰ متر مربع را در بر می‌گیرد. مصالح و رنگ‌های متفاوت، مناطق کارکردی را تعریف می‌کنند، به این ترتیب پارتیشن‌های فیزیکی کاهش یافته و چیدمان فضا از طریق تفکیک‌های نامرئی خوانده می‌شود. سنگ‌فرش ترازو، چوب، چرم و آینه بافتی غنی و متنوع را در فضا پدید می‌آورند. خطوطی نرم و روان در سرتاسر دیوارها و سقف امتداد می‌یابند و نورپردازی توکار جزئیات ظریف را برجسته می‌سازد. نتیجه، فضایی آرام و شفاف با بافتی ساده و شخصیتی منطقی و مدرن است.

The designer starts from the inner dimension of environmental construction, through in-depth thinking and combing the relationship between food and culture, fashion and tradition, and disseminates the emotional communication channel to the heart.
