Sunny House etxebizitza baten banaketa bisitariei aurkezteko sortutako eredu-unitate baten barne-diseinua da. Espazioak 380 metro koadro hartzen ditu. Tonu argiek nagusitzen dute barnealdea, brontzezko metalaren eta intxaurrondoaren ukituekin, giro orientala islatzen dutenak.
