Acerca de Stealth Chaqueta

Stealth es una chaqueta de plumón que puede plegarse hasta convertirse en una almohada con forma de U. La sección inferior se pliega hacia arriba para formar un soporte para el cuello, y las hebillas se ajustan para adaptarse a este. Una construcción con separador de tejido mantiene la prenda ligera y facilita su limpieza. El relleno es plumón de ganso con un poder de llenado de 700 y un 90 por ciento de contenido de plumón. El tejido exterior es fibra de bambú renovable, mientras que el tejido interior es fibra de grafeno. Las costuras están realizadas con hilo de nailon de alta resistencia y pespunte de doble aguja. El objetivo es brindar calidez y un lugar donde descansar durante los viajes.

Desafío de Diseño: The toughest part of this design activity was balancing creativity with practical feasibility. Internally, we faced the challenge of innovating beyond traditional down jacket designs to achieve warmth while ensuring slimness and multifunctionality. From a societal perspective, the product had to be stylish and meet modern consumers' environmental expectations. External obstacles included compliance with laws, production technology limits, and information accessibility.
Investigación: We conducted a design study aimed at developing a product that combines the functions of a down jacket and a U-shaped pillow. Through market research, user interviews, and prototype testing, we gathered feedback from travelers. Using design software and 3D printing technology, we created prototypes that participants tested and provided suggestions for improvement. The results showed that this design is not only warm but can also easily transform into a comfortable U-shaped pillow. This highlights the importance of user experience and opens new market opportunities with an eco-friendly and practical product.
Inspiración: The Stealth U Pillow Down Jacket was inspired by the need for multifunctional, portable outerwear. We integrated a down jacket with a U-shaped pillow to provide warmth and comfort, addressing the bulkiness of traditional jackets. Our unique fabric-separator technology ensures lightweight, compact folding, and superior insulation. Advanced materials enhance performance and sustainability.
Duración del Proyecto: The project began in Shenzhen, China in December 2022, and concluded in Shenzhen, China in December 2023. It became available for sale on major e-commerce platforms and in offline stores starting in April 2024.

This design excels because it offers warmth along with convenience for those who want to rest on the go.
