Acerca de Gothic Delicacy Macarrón

Gothic Delicacy es un macarrón concebido en torno a una temática visual gótica. Las tapas son negras, coloreadas con carbón activado de grado alimenticio, y están elaboradas con harina de almendra finamente molida, azúcar glas y claras de huevo maduradas. Fragmentos afilados de almendra y picos en tonos bronce conforman la decoración, otorgando a este pequeño postre una apariencia dramática. El concepto se desarrolló inicialmente con una plataforma de generación de imágenes por inteligencia artificial y posteriormente se produjo a mano. Cada macarrón se mantiene fijo en el interior de una caja negra mate, que protege la forma y la superficie hasta el momento de abrirla.
