Acerca de Dandelion Anillo

Dandelion es un anillo inspirado en la forma de la flor del diente de león. El anillo está compuesto por un conjunto de pétalos, y cada pétalo presenta detalles diferentes. Algunos pétalos están retorcidos, otros están engastados con diamantes y otros llevan grabadas líneas finas. La pieza está realizada en oro de 18 quilates en dos colores, empleando diversas técnicas complejas de orfebrería. Las curvas y las líneas se utilizan para expresar ligereza y libertad. El grabado y los diamantes reflejan la luz de día y de noche. La forma del aro se ha diseñado para que el anillo resulte cómodo de llevar.

Propiedades Únicas: This dandelion ring consists with a bunch of petals, each petal gets different details on it, whether if it's twisted, stoned, or carved with countless fine lines. It's fun to watch and to wear.

Tecnología de Producción: I see dandelion as the spirit of freedom and lightness. So I made the ring with curves and lines to symbolize the same spirit. The ring uses two colors of 18ct gold, and using several highly complicated goldsmith technics for finish the product.
Desafío de Diseño: In the making process is the real challenge, there is no short cuts to finish the piece with so many different goldsmithing and settings. But to try on and on until the piece matches the design perfectly.
Investigación: Observation and sketches have been done and research of all skills of jewelry technics. the dandelion ring is trying to explain the freedom of its spirit, by making a maximum combination such as twisting wires, stretching gold lines and hammering, engravings, different settings, to fulfill the possibilities of jewelry making, and through out the lines pointing to all directions symmbolise all the choices we can have. Just as the dandelion.
Inspiración: After a thorough and closely observation of dandelion, the poetic imagery of it becomes more and more clearer, and that means lights and freedom, two things we need especially at this post-Covid-19 era.
Duración del Proyecto: The project was designed in April, 2020 in Shenzhen, China. and finished in August, 2020.
Flujo de Operación: The dandelion ring is designed to be elegant, eye-catching. The engraving and diamond gives it maximum shining during night and day. and the shape of the ring is made to easy to wear.
