O designu iPlant Květináč

Inovativní zabudovaný systém zásobování vodou v zařízení iPlant zaručuje dlouhou životnost rostlin po měsíc. Nový inteligentní zavlažovací systém se používá k zajištění potřebné vody pro kořeny. Toto řešení představuje přístup týkající se spotřeby vody. Inteligentní senzory by také mohly kontrolovat složení půdních živin, vlhkost a další zdravotní a půdní faktory a v závislosti na typu rostlin je porovnávat se standardní úrovní a poté zasílat oznámení mobilní aplikaci iPlant.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: An innovative water supply embedded system in iPlant guaranties plants life long for a month. A new intelligent irrigation system is used to provide the necessary water for roots. This solution is an approach for water consumption concerns. Also, smart sensors could check soil nutrients composition, moisture level, and other soil and plant health factors and, according to plant type, compares them with standard level and then send notifications to the iPlant mobile application.
Rozměry a balení: Embedded sensors in this pot could be configured to check the plant and soil status according to different kinds of plants. In addition, a new irrigation system is invented, this plant pot that irrigates plant from the root that is a new approach. Its height is 19 cm and the circle radius is 12.5.

Designová výzva: Finding sensors for plant growth factors and embedding intelligent components in the pot is the most challenging part of iplant.
Výzkum: Many peoples have plants at home or office, but they could not care for them because caring plants need necessary agricultural information and skills. Also, irrigation is a significant concern for ordinary peoples. Plant fertilizer, temperature, environment light, and many other factors should be considered for caring plants.
Inspirace: The origin of this idea is given from the Ozon layer. Growing plants' difficulties in home and office by untrained or without agricultural knowledge peoples was our concern to design an intelligent flower pot. Taking care of plants will help humans to have a more delicate environment, better and fresher weather, more oxygen, healthier psychological atmosphere, but not everyone could do it.
Doba trvání projektu: It started in Tehran, Iran in March 2019 and finished in May 2019.
Provozní postup: Sensors check soil and plant status and send this information an electronic board. Embedded software will check this information to a standard level and will send a notification to a mobile application to make the user aware of plant status. All this mechanism will help the user to care plant completely.
