O designu X Transport Nákladní přepravní vozidlo

X Transport je koncepční nákladní přepravní vozidlo navržené pro antarktické výzkumné stanice. Design je inspirován tučňáky, kteří se pohybují rychle po ledu a sněhu klouzáním na břiše. Skořepina je vyrobena z kovu a dvě lyže na spodní části jsou zhotoveny z vysokopevnostního uhlíkového vlákna. Pohonné jednotky na horní části a v zadní části využívají technologii vektorového tahu k řízení rychlosti a směru. Nákladní kabina je držena konstrukcí ve tvaru písmene X, kterou lze zvedat a spouštět za účelem úpravy těžiště. Cílem je rychlejší dodávka zásob.

The propulsion units at the top and the tail can ensure that the transport boat can reach the scientific research station at the fastest speed.

Every time the Antarctic enters the "golden season" of scientific research in summer, the ships not only transport the team members, but also transport the life and scientific research materials for the whole year.Unloading is actually an essential link in the Antarctic scientific research logistics support.It can be said that the smooth transportation determines the basic necessities of the researchers in the Antarctic.This is also what the design needs to solve.
Inspirace: The inspiration comes from The Antarctic penguins. They are inconvenient to walk on the ice and snow, but their heavy bodies can move forward quickly by sticking their bellies on the snow. How to make the transport equipment full of materials move efficiently on the snow? The design found the answer in penguins.
Doba trvání projektu: The project started in December 2018 in LAFA Industrial Design Studio and finished in January 2020 in National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Industrial Design in LAFA.
Provozní postup: The cargo carrying part of the transport boat can be lifted and lowered by the X-type structure. When the cargo is loaded, the cabin rises and starts to move. According to the different speed and terrain, the X-type structure can also adjust the lifting and lowering and control the center of gravity of the transport boat.
