Humv je kontejner na motorový olej nové generace navržený pro odolnost, efektivitu a udržitelnost. Inspirovaný vojenskými vozidly obsahuje zesílené úchopové zóny pro bezpečnou manipulaci a geometrickou skořepinu pro odolnost proti nárazům. Vyrobený z 90 procent recyklovaného vysokohustotního polyethylenu snižuje množství odpadu při zachování pevnosti. Analýza konečných prvků umožnila 20procentní snížení hmotnosti, což optimalizuje přepravu. Design odolává zkoušce pádem z výšky 2,2 metru a unese zatížení 131,4 kilogramu při 50 stupních Celsia, což zajišťuje spolehlivost v extrémních podmínkách.

Replacing adhesive labels with embossed branding demanded precision molding adjustments, resulting in improved recyclability and streamlined production.
Výzkum: Humv was developed with a focus on sustainability, ergonomics, and resilience. Material analysis ensured the use of recycled HDPE. Finite element analysis optimized impact resistance. Ergonomic testing refined the grip, improving user comfort. Label elimination reduced waste by 20 percent, while grip performance increased by 30 percent and impact resistance by 15 percent. Inspirace: The Humv engine oil container is inspired by the reinforced exteriors and tactical design of the Humvee, a vehicle known for military-grade durability and extreme performance. Engineered to withstand harsh environments, Humv translates off-road adaptability and structural resilience into a highly functional oil container. Its bold, angular form, ergonomic grip, and reinforced shell reflect power, control, and industrial efficiency.
Doba trvání projektu: The Humv project began in March 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey, and was completed in February 2024. The development process involved structural engineering research, multiple prototypes, and field testing.
