Cl7A és un disseny d'interiors residencial per a un apartament en una casa-botiga (shophouse) sense ascensor a Singapur. L'habitatge, de 978 peus quadrats, conté dues habitacions, dos banys i una cuina de concepte obert que flueix cap a les zones d'estar i de menjador. El sostre inclinat amb bigues de fusta vistes es va conservar com a element distintiu de la unitat original de la casa-botiga. El paviment de formigó polit, la fusta càlida i el granit aporten profunditat i contrast. Les línies arquitectòniques marcades es contraposen amb cortines suaus i obres d'art seleccionades. La unitat envellida es va restaurar mentre s'hi afegia confort modern.
