Sobre Megabox Morris Furniture Disseny d'Interiors per a Botiga

Megabox Morris Furniture és un interior de botiga creat per a una marca de mobles a Hong Kong. La botiga és ampla i corba, de manera que els visitants poden passejar-hi i observar els productes des de molts angles. Les particions estan fetes de xapa de fusta natural. Una gran paleta de mostres de cuir forma una paret destacada al centre de la botiga, perquè els clients puguin veure i tocar el material des de qualsevol posició. La paret destacada mesura 6.500 mil·límetres d'amplada, 1.500 mil·límetres d'alçada i 300 mil·límetres de profunditat. El cuir s'aplica sobre plafons de fusta en angle, i el terra està cobert de rajoles de ciment.

Propietats Úniques: The design are aimed to have a variation of different angles of perspective where customers who enter the shop could have an easy round trip to inspect different of soda products. Whereas we have designed a big leather sample of palette for customers to touch and feel. This feature wall is placed in the middle of the shop background, where customers able to see the leather on any angle.
Dimensions i Embalatge: the feature wall size is 6500(width)mmx1500mm(height)x300mm(depth). The feature wall was built using real wood board to make the angle shape, then to scald the leather on top of the layer.
Etiquetes: sustainable, feature wall, real leather, colour gradient.
Tecnologia de Producció: We have use real wood skin to build the partitions, and real leather for the feature wall.
Repte de Disseny: The hardest part of the design is to use very limited time to build sustainable design. First we need to apply cement tiles on the floor, secondly we have to pre order decorative furnitures before we start our installations. lastly, we have to work at nights to prevent creating noise to others while the shopping mall is still open.
Inspiració: The shop is wide and curved, our design team has thought of the space where customers may like to walk around to look for the products. however, sometime customers would like to see bigger and feel or touch of the material that the shop provides. therefore we want to enlarge the touch and sense for customers to see and feel easier. therefore we have designed a big sample palette on the wall.
Durada del Projecte: Project started in Sept 2022 in Hong Kong and the shop was launched at the end of oct 2022.
