Sobre Jinmao Palace Centre de Vendes
Jinmao Palace és un centre de vendes situat al districte de Fengtai, a Pequín, prop del riu Yongding. L'interior ocupa 682 metres quadrats en una planta baixa comercial. El disseny introdueix a la ciutat temes paisatgístics i rurals, guiat per la idea d'un cercle de vida comunitària de quinze minuts. Dins de l'espai s'hi ubiquen funcions inspirades en mercats i cafeteries, i s'atenuen els límits entre les diferents àrees. El vestíbul de recepció està decorat amb llums d'aigua, i una pantalla de resina acrílica de doble altura fa ressò del patró d'aigua del fons de la recepció.

- It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

The vivid theme of living community is designed to blend into nature, introduce scene functions and weaken the boundary of each functional area in the space.

- The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.

- The project started in July 2021 in Beijing and finished in November 2021 in Beijing.
- Flux d'Operació
- According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
