Sobre Inner Emotional Home Disseny d'Interiors Residencial

Inner Emotional Home és un disseny d'interiors residencial per a un apartament dúplex de 280 metres quadrats a Xangai. El projecte reforma una casa antiga i cerca un equilibri entre elements contemporanis i estils retro. L'escala tancada original va ser substituïda per una escala suspesa. El pati, la sala d'estar, el menjador, la cuina, la sala de te i el segon pis estan connectats, de manera que les rutes de circulació són més fluides i l'espai resulta més obert. La zona de menjador combina en un mateix espai la cuina, la taula d'esmorzar, el menjador i la sala de te. La intenció és crear una llar càlida i serena.

Propietats Úniques: The project is aimed to remould old houses. We tried to find a suitable balance point between contemporary elements and retro styles. Burden alleviation of space was an important part of work when designing. We made design guidance more reasonable for functional routes, creating multiple life contexts for proprietors. There was no need to segment the space with specific lines. We tended to make the co-space interacts with each other in the functional degree by reasonable designs.

Repte de Disseny: The house was old with slightly deformed walls and some space was low in height. Facing those problems, it was hard for designers to make the space more open at the same time of keeping the original life styles of habitats.
Recerca: The designers overturned the original spatial pattern and regrouped the functions. There were interactions between blocks, movement routes were therefore more fluent, space more open.The quality was calm and peaceful. Combined with oriental philosophy, the house was changed into a warm, emotional residential environment, bringing life back to how it was supposed to be. In the simplified space, we took into the collections of proprietors and built a home of their hearts.
Inspiració: Our inspiration comes from the idea of returning life to nature and taking our inner hearts to a peaceful stage. It’s not necessary to define residential space by styles. As long as there is high tolerance and forgiveness in the space, the special history that only belongs to the family can be seen there. Maybe this is how a inner emotional home should be，a place where life belongs to. It’s in our hope that the building can become the vessel of life, bringing those who have experienced much in life to calmness.
Durada del Projecte: The project started in August 2019 in Shanghai and finished in November 2020 in Shanghai.
Flux d'Operació: We tore down the original closed stairs and changed it into suspending stairs. Yard, living room, dining room, kitchen, tearoom and space on second floor were connected. On one hand, the interactions between space were more evident; on the other hand, it presented a closer relationship between man and man, man and home, and man and nature. The dining area bore the function of more public activities. As planned and designed, it was an open and interactive living space that combines the four functions of kitchen, breakfast table, dining room and tearoom into one place.
