Urban Peach Garden és un disseny d'interiors de vil·la amb una superfície de 1800 metres quadrats. La primera planta està organitzada segons els escenaris de vida i els recorreguts de circulació. El vestíbul d'entrada dóna al pati central, on els pins formen una vista natural a través de la finestra. Al costat del pati s'ubiquen una sala d'estar enfonsada i un menjador, separats però no tancats, de manera que l'espai resulta ampli i lluminós. El soterrani comença amb tres atris i està concebut per a l'oci i l'esport amb llum natural. Els materials inclouen pedra, acabats de fusta, pintura, catifa i mobiliari.

Propietats Úniques: The first floor is shaped according to the living scenes and moving lines. The porch faces the central courtyard, and the pine trees form a natural picture in the window with the shadow of trees and clouds.
A sunken living room and a dining room is planned next to the courtyard, separated but not sealed, which looks very spacious and bright.
The basement, which begins with three atriums, is designed with the theme of leisure and sports, and planned with natural lights.

Repte de Disseny: How to balance two extreme design concepts. One is extremely far away from life - simple, silent, rational, distant, but is amazingly grandeur. Another is extremely close to life - every brick and every item used can all be traced back to real life. Books and relaxation corners can be reached within inches. With sunlight and flora surrounding, the feeling of beautiful life comes into the resident heart warmly.
Recerca: To design is to create experience, but not space or settings. It is the same concept that a quality life needs mental enjoyment rather than physical one.
Just as what Kahlil Gibran said "Beauty is pleasure, but not demand."
Inspiració: As Lin Yutang says, "Taste is the most critical part in literary criticism." So is designing. To achieve the so-called high quality is not to pile up materials or show off expertise, but to express the warmth of the home and to establish the taste and characteristics of the homeowner.
The designer takes the family and lifestyle of the homeowner into full consideration, and thus conducts exquisite designing within a simple space.

Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: Supervise construction process until it is finished.
